Our mission
Zoe Apps exists to make it straightforward for creators, marketers, and everyday users to archive public social media content they already have rights to save — personal backups, content you posted yourself, or clips shared with explicit permission. We publish clear guides about supported links, limitations, and copyright so visitors understand the service before they paste a URL.
What we do
Visitors paste a public video or photo link. Our server analyzes the link with industry-standard open-source tooling and returns direct download options when the content is publicly accessible. We do not host user media long-term; files stream through our API to your browser or app. When platforms change their pages, we update our pipeline and document common errors in the troubleshooting guide.

Editorial & content standards
We maintain written guides — not just a bare download form — so users learn which link types work, why private temporary posts fail, and how to use downloads legally. Guides are updated when platform behavior changes. We do not scrape private profiles, sell user data, or claim official partnership with any social media platform.
Mobile apps
The Android and iOS apps connect to the same production API as the website. Premium subscriptions in the app remove ads according to the terms shown in each store listing. App privacy practices are described in our Privacy policy, including AdMob, analytics, and subscription verification.
Monetization & ads
The website is free to use and may display advertising from Google AdSense and other networks configured in our app and site settings. Ads help cover server and bandwidth costs. We follow Google's publisher policies and label ad placements clearly in our privacy documentation.
Responsible use
You must only download content you own or are allowed to save. Our Terms of use, copyright guide, and DMCA policy explain how to report misuse. We may block abusive traffic to protect the service for legitimate users.
