Vunzo is a subscription and loan tracker made by ZoeApps. This policy explains what the app does and does not collect. It applies to the Vunzo iOS and Android apps.
Everything you enter into Vunzo — the services you track, the amounts you pay, billing dates, loan and installment details, categories, notes and your payment history — is stored locally on your device. It is not uploaded to our servers, and we cannot see it. We do not operate an account system and you do not sign in to use Vunzo.
If you export your data to a CSV file, that file is created on your device and you choose where it goes. Anything you do with it after that is outside our control.
We use Google Analytics for Firebase to understand how the app is used, so we can fix problems and improve it. This collects:
These events carry only fixed labels and counts. They never include the names of services you track, the amounts you pay, your categories, your search terms or anything else that describes your finances.
We do not collect the advertising identifier, we do not use this data for advertising, and we do not share it with data brokers. Vunzo does not track you across other companies' apps or websites.
Vunzo Pro is sold through the App Store and Google Play. Payments are handled entirely by Apple or Google — we never see your card details. We use RevenueCat to confirm whether your purchase is active, which involves a purchase identifier issued by the store rather than your name or payment information.
To show recognisable logos next to the services you track, Vunzo requests images from Logo.dev. This sends the website domain of the service — for example netflix.com — to Logo.dev, which may record the request in its own logs. Logos are cached on your device and refreshed periodically. If you have no internet connection, or the logo is unavailable, Vunzo shows a coloured initial instead. Logos provided by Logo.dev.
Payment reminders are scheduled on your device by the app itself. Nothing is sent through our servers, and no push tokens are collected. You can turn notifications off at any time in your device settings.
Vunzo is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.
Because your data lives on your device, deleting the app removes it. There is no copy for us to return or erase. You can delete individual items inside the app at any time. If you have a question about analytics data associated with your device, contact us at the address below.
If this policy changes we will update this page and the date at the top. Continuing to use Vunzo after a change means you accept the updated policy.
